OT Analog clock math problems

Damn you puzzlers, I have work to do but I can't resist, how about only these puzzles on Th, Fri. or Sat? There a few things I would clean up, for example "changed by 360 degrees" should be "changed by a muliple of 360 degrees" but I think the idea is there.

Suppose the question is changed so that there are a different number of seconds per minute. For what values of S seconds per minute (keeping 24 hour day and 60 minutes per hour) will there be solutions?

Nack's 8 prime puzzle will have to wait.
