Are we committed to cover next turn? It depends on what we roll, but I think we are more likely to play 16/X next turn then to immediately cover. That decision also depends on what XGR rolls - if the blot is cleaned up, there will be no immediate shot numbers, so we just bring a spare from the 16 into play.
