I think I'd make the five point here. There are a lot of options though. One approach that hasn't been mentioned yet is to avoid the hit (!) and play 23/22 7/4. The idea would be to force Yellow to rush forwards with large numbers. I don't think it's correct here, however, because Black doesn't have a second anchor yet and Yellow's 6-6 (for example) is crushing.

Going all out for the backgame with 7/4 6/5* is interesting. Black does have a gammicidal recube ATS and this is very powerful in backgames. I'm not sure Black has the timing for this plan though since Yellow already has a five-prime. Similarly for the halfway measure 23/22 8/5*.

Making the 5-point prepares to spring a back checker with a 6, after which Black retains a variety of options. When in doubt, I prefer simple plans. That way I'm less likely to talk myself into a crazy and hopeless plan.
