21 to play from the roof

It seems to me that the key features of this position are: 1) You're a little up in the race 2) Oppt has a better board/prime 3) Oppt has an advanced anchor. I therefore think trying to win the priming battle with B/23 11/10 (or the blotty 13/12) is too much of an uphill battle. B/24 13/11 is better. If hit loose, you'll have hit back chances. If not, you'll try to escape them one at a time (or both with a 65 joker). Looks like the best gameplan to me.
