If I have 2 or 3 [home board points] open, [the computer enters on the] first roll [the] majority of the time.

That's normal. If your home board has three points open, your opponent should enter a checker from the bar on the first try 75% of the time. If you have two points open, 55.5% of the time.

I have recorded that very often, when the computer has 2 or 3 spots open [in its home board] it takes 3 - 7 rolls to enter the checker.

It often will. If your opponent's home board has two open points, it will take you at least 3 rolls to enter one checker 19.75% of the time. If your opponent's home board has three open points, it will take you at least 3 rolls to enter one checker 1.56% of the time.

If we knew exactly how often everything had occurred, we'd have a better idea of how close to normal the dice had been. But as I read through your imprecise description ("very often," "2 or 3," "3-7," "more than few times," "never has any difficulties," "majority of the time") nothing is suggesting to me that your experience with the dice has been unusual.
