The most sure fire way of having a successful number of attendees at any college club is to secure a couple of cute girls show up week after week. Sad but true. The guys will not only flock from week to week but they will also strive to get better at the game so they don't look like donkeys in front of the girls.

As for the rest it seems like you guys are doing an excellent job. Hopefully the bg community will be able to donate things, whether it be books, boards, dice, gift certificates, anything that can be used in play or as a prize/trophy. Once you solidify the cute girls, I'll offer up my services.
