A difficult choice. The timing means that we're more likely to be forced off our anchor first. White's position is going to get stronger in the next roll or two, and 16/10 16/13 is not a bad price to pay. However, I'd prefer to reduce our gammon-losing chances first by getting a checker home, and also build our board so that if we get hit and hit back then we're definitely winning. So I want to cover the blot not because White is going to leave a shot in the outfield but because we might.
