31 to play - several options

Can't decide between 9/6 21/20 and 16/13 21/10. I don't think 13/9 is right because Blue wants to get home safely 13/9 seems to create an inflexible position. I guess I slightly prefer 16/13 21/20. White would prefer not to have to break anchor to hit.
