Over the board I felt it was important to keep the 15pt. If I break it I only get a single shot on Black's 66. If I keep it, I get a double shot at a second checker. On other 6s I also get a double shot, whereas after 15/9 I get only a single shot and not even that on Black's 61. I suppose all this is outweighed by getting it over with on the next exchange by slotting the back of the prime, but I have to say that even after the rollout and the responses, my play still makes more sense to me.
