Thanks Daniel, this is very helpful.

The USBGF currently operates completely independently of the ABT tournaments it will be rating. Therefore we do not have any authority to require any tournament player to become a member. Members must therefore be attracted. Our challenge is to create a compelling array of benefits available exclusively for members. Ratings will be one such benefit.
