Because then if I was low on time I would purposely cock my dice to finish my pip count, my match equity considerations, or even 0 plying how to play my upcoming roll.

This is a lame argument. That's as if you can't modify the rules to account for something like this. You oppose my idea on the grounds that some weasel can find a loophole.
