ATS and owning the cube blue should look for quiet plays so he can get maximum efficiency out of his cubes.
But I think making the 5 pt is just too strong to pass up. If white doesn't hit back he'll have to drop the cube; if he does hit he still hasn't won yet because chances are that white will be behind a four prime and blue will be in the game until the end.

Let's say white will win 10 out of his 13 hits, all the other games will be for blue. I don't think blue can win that much by quietly playing 12/6 4/1 although it looks close.
So my ranking is:

2. 6, 1
3. 12/3
