A) 20,11. It's usually good to split after oppt makes his bar since he's short on attackers and the 8's stripped. The idea of "if you're going to take the chance of splitting, split to the better anchor" makes sense to me in this position thus 20,11 over 22,9. B) 22,9. 24/18 goes after a better anchor but 22,9 gives a nice builder on the 9-point. Two off the mid doesn't look as good since I don't think winning the priming contest is your best gameplan. C)20,11. Making a bid for the best advanced anchor and unstacking the mid while creating a builder on the 11 looks slightly better than 2 off the mid. D)Two off the mid. You've got the better inner board point and your back men aren't in as much danger of being primed in, so try to make another good offensive point. E) Two off the mid as well. Same reasons as D but even moreso since the 2 is worse for priming purposes than the 3 and you're a little down in the race.
