I think the 3 best candidates are 6/3, 15/13 8/7, and 13/10. Magriel's safe/bold criteria suggest a safe play so which of these is best? I think 6/3 even though it dumps a checker a little deeper than you'd like. It leaves 2 blots with 1s,3s, and 10s to hit. Slotting the bar also leaves 2 blots but 1s,2s, and 3s to hit while 13/10 leaves 3 blots with 1s,3s,8s, and 10s.
