IIRC, the RO for 51S-21 at DMP showed slotting either best or wrong by some tiny amount so I'll guess it's right or real close here as well. My 2nd choice would be 23,11 rather than 24/21 since the extra builder is valuable and 3/5 of the numbers that hit on the 11-point are good shots anyway (64,44). It's probably not worth risking 22 pips in the race to attack on the 3-point and take away half the oppt's roll but 6/3x is a reasonable play and it wouldn't shock me if it came out on top.
