Big deficits like this don't require investment grade ratings to justify a double. 5-4, 6-3, 1-1, 2-2, 3-3 all bring the wolf to shoeshine's door. 6-1, 6-2, and 6-4 are very threatening. Double/take. No double at 0-0.
