This must be a double in practice because many will drop. Is it technically a take? I suppose one should count it out but just qualitatively, it's likely that one but not both of White's checkers will be forced to run, and Blue's awkward gaps would seem to create enough shots for White to take. D/T for me. I'd be inclined to drop if Blue's ten deep checkers were spread out over Blue's three low points. This would reduce Blue's awkwardness by giving him safe 2's and would increase Blue's ability to pick and pass as well as Blue's ability to survive getting hit by counter-hitting (by giving Blue a stronger board).
