David: I'm not sure why you didn't get this one, but we also have this rollout consistent with your comments.

Nack: Thanks (and sorry for the extra work); I see that in fact you already sent that file to me. I accidentally moved a chunk of GS rollouts into my done folder before transcribing them in my data doc and I'm still sorting it out.

I think T is worth adding to that rollout (should be slightly worse or slightly better than D). Also, I imagine U and Z won't be far behind those. Not high priority, obviously :)

Key: S = Split (24/21 13/11), D = Down (13/11 13/10), T = sTack/Tower (13/8), U = Up (24/21 24/22), Z = reverse split (24/22 13/10).
