In Response To: Chicago ABT Update (Chiva Tafazzoli)

among other reasons I would note are too many tournaments too closely spaced to each other, hurts all of them

rising airfares; I used to could go anywhere in the country for around $200 and now it is often $400-$500; will probably only get worse for me with Continental/United merger

at some tourneys and in some events, rising entry fees

all of these combined with the general economic malaise and future uncertainties
