I find it even more amazing to watch opponent's reaction to a proper early double by the trailer at this score. I have forgotten the details of this story, but MCG was going for something like 19 straight wins at the Bar Point Club last year when he reached this score as the trailer. There was a huge crowd watching when he turned the cube after 31P-(something mediocre). Even though everyone present knew that MCG knew more than they did, there was an immediate uproar of objection to his cube play. I believe that MCG silenced the crowd with an offer to take all bets on the position.
