When shown a position with relatively few candidate plays I think it is pretty bad to not even consider the right play, noting that the QF should make you want to consider everything. Going with the wrong play is excusable if you at least understood the position well enough to consider the correct play.

While I may fuck up a lot of positions, I am sure I would have found the right play here.
