Congrats to all the winners!

I do have some questions. How did the payouts break out in this format? Also, what were peoples feelings about the format. There was much talk prior to the tournament about it, and I am interested to see what the participants think about it.

Were there any very early qualifiers that just spent a weekend watching backgammon? How many matches were played on average by each player? Whats the consensus, will this format be used again?
