OTB,RO and another XG mistake

OTB I figured this was probably still TG since Black's position is difficult to turn around since it is nearly ruined by having all those dilly builders on his 3 pt. If Black throws what looks to be a joker 33 it also crashes his bar pt. I figured I could probably cash later on if Black anchors once I get couple pieces into the outfield as happened in the game. Also by playing on, perhaps my opp will err when I do recube. Anyhow the RO says it is clear to play on, wheres as, once again, XG is overestimating the trailer's chances in a late blitz and thinks I am clearly not TG.
