I'd play 20/15(2) 8/3*(2) here. There are too many ways things could go wrong with the closeout because Blue has no spares left. Lenny suggests that moving Blue's spare on the 2-point backwards makes a difference; this is certainly believable because it gives more time for Blue to escape the back checkers, making the closeout more attractive.

Even 20/10(2) is possible here but the rearmost White checker means that it may not be any easier to bring everything home safely than with 20/15(2) 8/3*(2).
