In Response To: 120 Hours of Non-Stop Backgammon (Paul Weaver)

About 1980 Mike Passerelli, director of Rhode Island BG played BG for a week straight as a marathon for charity. I recall he was allowed a 5 min break per hour and maybe an occasional 15 minute break. I played at least one session with him during this.

Of less honorable fame is the fact that I think I am the only one to ever play doubles with the tourney director, win 1st place and then have his check bounce and the director (Mike P) skip town.
