I see now that black has three checkers on the 20pt anchor; I thought it was two. That changes the calculus, and I am no longer sure what the best play is with rolls that take black to white's side of the outfield. It is certainly not the slam dunk blunder that I thought it was.

I guess I should look at positions before I post eh?
