Bar/22 is forced and surely we must hit with 13/10*. Then the choices seem to be the 5pt, the bar anchor, and the 3pt. As I recall, rollouts say you should make the 10 and 3 points with 63R-33. This makes me suspect that making the 3 point is better than making the 5 point. But the bar-point anchor looks pretty attractive here. There's going to be a fair amount of hitting and although making an inner-board point is often a good way to prepare for a blot-hitting contest, the bar-point anchor is very solid. I'd play bar/22 24/18 13/10*.
