I hit and bring down the other builder, 13/10*, 13/11. The only "Play B" I see is 24/21, 9/7 but I think this leaves him too free to attack our back man, without buying us that great a distribution for next roll even if he's unable to do so. At least the hitting play "works when it works", giving us a great setup to start a prime quickly, then probably win with a recube before we have to prove we can finish the job.
