Black threatens to make the 5 point, with a strong prime. White's counterpriming threat is not very strong, no matter how the 52 is played, so we should focus on making it more difficult to fill in the 5-point. I therefore like 24/22, making it more difficult for Black to make the 5; and if pointed on, these checkers would not go to the 5 but to the 3.

Normally, making a play like 24/22, you would not want to be exposed at the other side of the board, so 10/5 would seem logical. However, here anything that hits on the 10 can be used to point on the 3, so let's take advantage of the duplication to keep checkers in place for prime building: 24/22 13/8 is my play.
