Which side would you prefer in prop position?

No- I checked position in GNU- It's about 50-50.

What does that mean, checking in GNU? An evaluations or rollout is meaningless, because Gnubg can't play the Blue side worth beans.

we are not talking about playing position vs a world class player.. vs your average bg player,

Ok, that's a question ...

As a prop against Mr. Average, I'll play the Blue side, because it's a sure winner, and because it's more fun playing Blue than playing White. Taking the White side in a prop against someone who thinks the position is even doesn't make sense to me. But sure, anyone could win as White, too, against a Blue who can't play his side for the stone cold drop it is.
