At the moment the blot on the 22pt would be under no real pressure if you instead decided to run 24/13 as your opponent only has 8 men in the zone and they are all already in great places. He will be unhappy to break the 8pt to go after your guy.

You will also be up in the race after the roll and your primary objective would be to escape the the last as it would also be the weakest point of your overall game plan. If instead you play 22/11 you have added a nice builder but I see darkness in your future concerning the back checker. Your opponent will unload his heavy midpoint immediately often times slotting his bar point in the process making it a shake and bake situation for you. (for those non native English speakers a 'shake and bake' situation is one where you either shake and roll well or you don't and you get baked as your opponent likely improves his position immensely)

I prefer running the back checker to safety, 24/13.
