It seems difficult to get a bot (or a human, for that matter) to understand that it's good to stop hitting, unless it first understands that a six-prime can be rolled all the way around the board.

Although I agree that fixing this problem is not a top priority, I suspect that people are underestimating how much difference this makes to the bots' overall playing strength. Even if there's only a 2% chance that a position will move towards a type of game that the bot completely fails to understand, that can mess up rollout results.
