I think there's a lot of room for improvement but I know nothing about what it takes to make a bot stronger/the training of the AI. I think creating an opening moves database up through the first 3 rolls (and why not adding to it with 4th or 5th rolls when there are sufficient rollouts?) would add to its playing strength. I also think the same could be done with a lot of standard holding game positions, though I'm sure it'd be a lot of work to cover a substantial amount of positions since the difference of 1 checker always makes a difference, it's a task that could be undertaken esp. with the speed of XG rollouts at that point in the game.

I'll be wax ecstatic if in the next version of XG we're able to perform rollouts using XGR+ within' the rollout itself and have it be at a resonable speed still. I think that will be quite a leap that I look forward to.
