I would play 13/9 24/21. I would like to bring down a useful builder from the midpoint and 13/9 is more useful than 13/10. Then 24/21 falls out as the obvious 3. The alternatives of 13/10 24/20 or 13/10 22/18 are presumably O.K. too but I like 13/9 24/21 better. I guess 22/15 is also a possibility but it seems disconnected and fragile to me.
