I screwed up and this fails condition (1) because black is not on roll here. But I believe it otherwise qualifies.
If we trust XGR+'s eval to be close, then the player on roll wins about 61% satisfying condition (2).
It is technically not a double here satisfying condition (3) because the player on roll has no market losers, AND his opponent does have a market loser but will not otherwise be doubling. If the player on roll rolls 66, he blots, and if his opponent responds with 66, he is nearly gin and has lost his market.
