Thanks for the long and verifying RO, Stick. Another tie.

In case, anyone missed it, here is Tim's GnuBG rollout, as summarized in the nacbrac above.

For most 41S-xxx-43 positions, anchoring (making Opp's 5pt) is right. (The one above is a tie.)
For most 43Z-xxx-41 positions, making one's own 5pt is right.

The two main factors are: (a) 8pt/6pt distribution, and (b) the 21pt checker is already advanced; the 23pt checker is not.
