62S-55A-F-C is known to be a close money pass, about 1.02.

At the -6-5 score, I don't think it's been rolled out, but maybe it has at other scores.
Btw, while you can arguably use any symbol or no symbol with the 61 (cuz it's a forced move), I recommend that you use "F" or "fan" for a fanning roll -- it's more instantly recognizable. If there is a reason/preference to list the fanning roll, then I like 61^ (the caret points towards the roof).
For the double, "D" is okay, but for naming rollout files people often use D to stand for DMP. So, generally, "C" (or "cub") for cube is the more accepted way to designate a cube turn. And "R" can stand for recube. :)
