I'll toss on the rollout right now and post them all some time tomorrow in this thread for comparison but I expect the closest to a cube you'll get between 21/31/41S-55A-F-C will be 31 where the builder is on the 10pt.

Could well be; I merely spoke in approximations because the fact that the defender is not on the roof so overshadows the other factors!

As for the (relatively small) issue of the 11pt/10pt/9pt blot comparison, 64S-55A-F-C is a bigger pass than 63S-55A-F-C, which is bigger than 62S-55A-F-C (at least according to the rollouts I have) -- not by much but that's the trend. (I regard the outer board checkers to be more like blots than builders, and the 9pt blot is the most vulnerable of the three.) I also note that there is a bigger equity gap between the (safest) 11pt blot and the 10pt blot, than between the 10pt and 9pt blots.

That doesn't mean 41S/31S/21S-55A-F-C will necessarily fit the same curve (immediate duplication might override the greater logic); it will be interesting to see.
