(1) Just wondering if this sequence of rolls and plays has ever occurred in any games of any bgonliners.
One theory states that it has already happened a countless number of times; probably not at all in the last few billion years, though. I'm open to reviewing any claims.
(2) Requesting that Nack provide the Nactation for these plays.
Nactation wasn't really designed for this purpose, but it's robust enough to handle crazy moves. Since you asked, the (15-roll) sequence can be unambiguously written:
32D-33n-33!-44O-44!-22k-F-44K-F-11K-21K-F-43K-F-65K
Or in tabular form (and this time for variety the fanning rolls are specified), the same 7.5 full moves can be expressed thusly:
1) 32D 33n
2) 33! 44O
3) 44! 22k
4) 66^ 44K
5) 66^ 11K
6) 21K 66^
7) 43K 66^
8) 65KKey: D = Down, N = Near, O = Outer, ! = slot max (as many offensive points as possible), K = Kill (hit as many checkers as possible), and F (without the roll specified) or ^ = fan.
Explanation of N, O or K hierarchies on request.
For convenience of comparison (though it is advisable to also consult the diagrams), here is the sequence expressed in traditional notation:
1) 32: 13/11 13/10... 33: 13/10 8/5 6/3(2)
2) 33: 13/7 8/5 6/3... 44: 13/9(2) 8/4 6/2
3) 44: 24/20* 13/9 8/4 6/2... 22: Bar/23*/21* 24/22* 3/1*
4) 66: Fans... 44: 24/20*/16 22/18* 21/17*
5) 66: Fans... 11: 16/15*/14* 13/12* 6/5*
6) 21: Bar/24* Bar/23*... 66: Fans
7) 43: Bar/22* Bar/21*... 66: Fans
8) 65: Bar/20* Bar/19*...(3) If the universe goes on long enough, this sequence will actually occur. When might we expect this to happen?
See my answer to (1). We shouldn't hold our breath. :)
