...slim take for me... just a small improvement for blondie (such as move the 2 checkers on the 2 point back to the 3 point, and i'd pass.

That's exactly what I was thinking, Miran. Bare take, and with slight negative adjustment I would pass.

Upgrading the attacker's 2pt to 3pt is a bigger adjustment than I speculated would be sufficient to cross over. Merely sliding the 16pt blot a pip closer to the 15pt, as shown below, might be enough to push the position into pass territory (if it isn't already there).
