I count Blue's fan as a roll. So, I would say that five rolls have been completed, the plays made, and it is White's turn. White, who is on roll, is about to execute the sixth roll of the game. Her cube decision is part of her turn and is a sixth roll decision.

If White cubes and Blue takes, White will then roll the dice and have a sixth roll checker play decision to make.
