I count Blue's fan as a roll. So, I would say that five rolls have been completed, the plays made, and it is White's turn. White, who is on roll, is about to execute the sixth roll of the game.

I count fan as a roll, too. And this doubling decision is 5th roll of the game.

So your sequence is not exactly right. Bonus question still remains open. :)


I will post rollouts, both 3ply and 4ply, but I'm waiting to hear more opinions about this position.
