If you are afraid of two anchors and a back game, then the blot on the 7 shouldn't be hit. The most reasonable play I see then is 15/11 13/9(3), but I can't see this being better than my original play. The way I see it black may consolidate his position by making the bar point and another point and be a pain in the ass for white to bear in. I'd rather see black's options reduced to playing an acepoint game. I realize gammons don't matter, but plays that win a lot of gammons usually also win a lot overall. Do you think 11/7*/3*(2) is inferior to something else?
