Here you can see the strength vs speed chart. 2 ply is 32 Elo weaker than 3 ply

I can't speak for Xavier, but strongly expect capability to use XGR+ for RO in XG 2.

I am told that there's a decent ammount of programming needed to do this and I can say with almost 100% certainty that we won't be able to do RO with XGR+ until XG 2.
