Clearly, I also need help posting positions, from XG position ID#s like the one above

All you would do is paste the position into XG and then File >> Export >> Position to Clipboard. When the next screen pops up select 'HTML using images' from the dropdown menu and the rest you should be able to figure out.

I'll leave the sequence to someone else for now.
