I was waiting for someone to (again) assert, "surely there is no way for that position to arise."

Meanwhile it occurs to me that Justin is providing a nice service to the players who have notation gaps in their matches. He brings the game fragments to bgonline, obtains zero E.R. sequences to fill the gaps and and patches them in. For all we know, it was the encaptioned sequence below that actually happened. ;)
