Stein, I was able to find your solution before clicking on it by working backwards from the 135 count (otherwise it would have taken me longer). I was stuck on a final double 2s, for example

1) 42: 13/9 6/4... 33: 24/21* 8/5(3)
2) 11: Bar/24 8/7 6/5(2)... 66: 24/18* 13/7(3)
3) 44: Bar/21 9/5 8/4* 6/2*... 22: Bar/23*/21*/19*/17

...which yields only 133.
