Thanks, Neil, for the 4-ply RO.
42P-64
Here is data for 42P-64:
Snowie .. [P R1 S20] 31k 25kS
GnuBG .. [P R3 S15] 46k 15kS, d[S R2 P18] 10k 5kP, g[P S24] 5k
XG 3-ply [P R5] 62k, s[R P16 S27] 2k
XG 4-ply [P R5 S16] 46k 5kSKey: P = Point (8/2 6/2), R = Run (24/14), S = Split (24/18 13/9). Error sizes are in thousandths.
A letter before the brackets denotes score: d = dmp, s = (gammon) save, g = (gammon) go; else assume money. After the brackets is the number of trials ("k") in thousands, rounded down.
For example, in the GnuBG row, three rollout results are listed: The third, "g[P S24] 5k," means that at (gammon) go, P is best and S is -.024 after 5000+ trials.
It would be interesting to see a dmp rollout on XG, given that Gnu's rollout has S ahead of R by .002.
