Petter: 13/8 23/21. What's the Nactation for that play? Z? And 13/8 24/22 is z?

Nack: Correct. I'll list all legal candidate plays, excluding the ones that start the 3pt, in alphabetical order, so as not to suggest favoritism. :)

C = 23/18 8/6
D = 13/8 13/11
Q = 23/18 24/22
R = 23/16
$ = 13/8 6/4
S = 23/18 13/11
T = 13/6
U = 23/18 23/21
W = 23/18 6/4
Z = 13/8 23/21
z = 13/8 24/22

I have not rolled out all of these plays. :)
