Thanks for posting the link. It's a great article.

I do have one pet peeve, though, which is illustrated by the following sentence: "Thus, motivation appears to be a more important factor than innate ability in the development of expertise." I have always thought that this was a false dichotomy. I see no reason to believe that motivation is any less innate than what is more traditionally thought of as "innate ability." Can you force yourself to fall in love?
